Honestly it is hard, cause you need "alive"semen. Sperm die off quickly if you will wont do it fast. Or use special temperature and other stuff. You know men have balls not just because.
just have the shota doctor do his job for him to figure it out a new sub-quest maybe and dunno you question this logic when more illogical stuff is happening in game just say it's magic shota doctor made a new magic jar or something pay him 5 gold coin and get pregnant.
