Fun little game! I like the retro-y tunes. I agree that it was not initially intuitive to pick up the bombs as opposed to avoiding them. Definitely felt like there could have been a bit more leeway in how fast the bottom catches up to you before you're dead. Most times felt like I had to pick up a heart immediately after taking damage or I was toast. 

I think keeping the neon/wire-framey vibe from the start screen for the game would have helped it feel more "dream-y", but that could just be personal preference.
