I was one of the streamers taking part in Feedback Quest, and I wished to share my comments on this game and things I noticed.
To begin, I am very curious about this game but was not able to make any real progress into it for reasons I will cover in a moment. There is something spiritual about it that fascinates me, and if the issues that I outline get fixed, I think it can be an amazing title.
To begin, the game is presented in English but the translations are very rough and don't make sense at times. This makes it difficult for me to figure out where I should be going and what I should be doing. I'm aware that the developer does not speak English as their first language, so I get why this is a problem. That said, I still want to speak it so that they know.
I've noticed that the controls are very floaty and slippery. When jumping, the player character hangs in the air for a long time. When moving around, the player character will slide once movement is stopped. I don't think the floaty part is a problem, but the sliding is for sure. I would recommend trying to tighten that up and reduce the amount of sliding.
In several locations, textures for the ground were missing. It resulted in looking like holes were just in places. I can't name all of the places, but you can see some of them in the VOD, which I will link at the end of this.
Finally, it's possible for the player to jump off of the world. While there is a function in the code to fix this and restore the player to the start, I did have it fail one time and I kept falling. It might be an idea to instead build high walls on the exterior that the player cannot climb over.
