If you make the value of the ELF quest flag 5 Kylira will be a companion, but you won't be able to get Kylira back on the map unless you modify the "kylira" to match a map node (which you won't know the ids of, but you could guess one)
The nodeCode is 10000 if you're going down that path :) Set numberOfEncounters to 1. Rest in the Inn and head out again. If that doesn't work. I changed the KYLIRA value to 43 as well. ELF quest I set to 3.
