This was essentially unplayable for me with the resolution, lighting, and controls. I did manage to finally get to the initial area after extensively looking at the jam page, but the character obstructed view of projectiles, and I died very shortly. I was not really able to engage with the mechanics, which allegedly describe a "crit" and "backfire" system, but those seemed more added on rather than integral to the game.

Ironically the crit and backfire "backend" system took the vast majority of my coding efforts but I did not get them implemented properly in time unfortunately. I feel these are all good points but I wonder what the issue with the controls were? I'm hoping to improve on this prototype and release a better version so if there is something I missed with the controls knowing that would be helpful.
