These are the paths that currently Goodbye Eternity has:

[Noriko]
Femdom path
Maledom path
Blackmail path

[Asami]
Befriend path
Corruption path

[Yasuka]
Love path
Corruption path

Why is the love path the only option for Yasuka?

Demo version doesn't have yet, but in the latest version - Corruption path is already available for Yasuka.

Updates are currently based on the system:
''One major update = One added path to the game.''

And the demo version is one major update behind, so that's why the free version only has the love path for Yasuka.

For some reason I'm only able to choose the love path options. I can't choose anything else.

From the start of the game, choose these options in the dialogue with her.

Maybe it’s a good idea! → You don't have to do this to yourself, you know... → Corruption path

I saw those options but the game won't let me pick them. I bought this for $15. I guess I downloaded the demo.

Yasuka’s corruption path was indeed added with version 0.6. So if you did download the 0.5.9, it would be normal for you to not have this content :) You can head to your purchase and download the 0.6.91 from there :)
