If you were to start a new game then Melissa's stats should be there, it appears that loading a game that was created before she was added results in this error, and it will be fixed next update!
Regarding husks, it appears I accidentally broke the variety so all dorms are spitting out the same sets of data, so I'm working on this now.
However, I'm not quite sure what's happening with bust sizes on resuming a save. I'm thinking it may be tied right now to the save issues (also fixed in next patch), where changes in the current passage may not be saved if you quit before visiting an extra passage. So if you were to change bust size and then immediately save/quit without going elsewhere, the bust size may not be changed upon resume.
