There is no NTR, except one small flashback not related to main plot. A normal person wouldn’t even call it NTR. Don’t judge game based on meaningless comments.

Unless your mc is there for the act to be humiliated or unless your mc has a relationship and is cheated on, it is not ntr. People use that abreviation for anyhting where another male has action anywhere, it seems to me.
(No, I have not played the game. I saw a far worse word. Kinetic. And to me, that makes the game more like a movie and your mc not your toon, but the protagonist in a story. Wich would make the tolerance for alleged ntr even greater, as you can easily change perspective in a story. It is just stuff that happens. And it would actually make the player the cuck, because they have to watch how the protagonist gets some. But do not tell the "ntr" haters ;-)

The problem is, that people use that abreviation for all sorts of things, but ntr. Netorare is cheating. It is not the mc seeing a female npc getting some. That is voyeurism/exhibitsionism. It is also not a female npc getting some in a flashback, without the mc present. That is a flashback. It is also not having a mmf threesome. That is a threesome. Though, if the mc is humiliated in that threesome, that crosses over into ntr.
People seem to use it for every instance in a porn game where a dick beside the mc's is seen. Wich is quite ironic. Because the mc 's dick is already not the dick of the player's, so they already see someone else (the mc) getting some in basically most porn games.
Oh, and this game does not have the ntr tag. Neither as a tag, nor in the descritpion. It is written somewhere in the comments, and as I like to point out, what you think ntr is, and what those commenters thought ntr is, might be different things.

I actually don't mind kinetic, if they're well thought out and done which sadly is few and far between. So I guess we can at least agree on that.
As for the dev claiming to not have any plans for NTR - this is what he posted on another site.

I do not like kinetics in general, because they are not games, but movies. While they might have a good story, they do not fulfill the want for game play. Actually, few vn do that, but kinetics even less so.
What you cite is not plans for ntr, it is the dev speculating that such things might be included, if interesting scenes came up.
I actually do not get the hate for ntr. Like really, just look at the comments of people hating on "ntr". And the quotes are necessary, because they call stuff ntr, that ain't.
You need cheating for ntr. Or at least humiliation in a threesome. Not merely spying on a potential love interest. Or I believe in this game it was a flashback to a time when they were not even a couple. Now, if she would use that flashback to humiliate him, and praise how good her past lover was, that might spill over into ntr.
Imho a bad ending in a vn as an ntr route would acutally be rather clever. Just skipping content does not give the satisfaction of having avoided the content due to your ingame actions.

Also, it is not your dick in the first place, so you already see your waifu with another dick. Especially in kinetics there should be more distance, with the little or no control you have over the story.
There should be another word for what you say. Like dicksclusivity or a simple dick-counter. Because if I understand correctly, you would not even want to see the prot spitroasting a girl. So if games would simply state dickslusivity or say, there are multiple dicks in that game, no need to investigate further, if it is real ntr or something else.
