Do not know what you have as hardware but.
Check to have recent drivers.
Let all drivers/gpu parameters as to let all 'application managed'.
In Lula, change setting to lower maybe between medium high and set vsync.
Personally, as well for nvidia or amd I always recommend studio or pro drivers.
Check also if you do not have overclocking or so.
