Thanks for letting me know about the sluggish feel of the game, I should have added an options menu.
Sorry about the issue regarding swapping between alive and ghost form. its current state is a result of its rushed implementation.
originally the player was to swap forms via combat and checkpoints however as the deadline drew closer it was apparent that it wasn't possible to complete it in time and so that system was hastily replaced with the button.
