good job, fun to play, especially when it gets up to high speeds, though I think after a certain amount it became impossible to control, or maybe I just wasn't good enough :)
the dynamic music as others have mentioned is also very cool!
The difficulty increases with the score, with higher speeds and more cars and bombs on the road, it becomes really difficult after 20 thousand points
