As for 2 and 3, yep, there will be more planned. We work on multiple projects at once--currently our efforts are on the Exile of Aphrodisia sequel game--but we try to get some more story clients and artwork out every update, as long as we have the time and money to commission with.
4, at some point before 1.0 we'll probably add in some more game settings like easy/normal/hard modes that modify income rate and minigame difficulty, as well as perhaps adding player perks and avatar.
5. More crystals at this point is probably unlikely as there are few transformation themes that don't fall into one or more of the existing crystal types. Sometimes a transformation can already go either way with a crystal, like turning a person into a sphinx could be either feralization, or fantasticalization, or both. Some crystals are already used exceedingly sparingly (ie purification). Adding new crystal types would likely just further complicate this.
