if you kill the two people Derek are with at the start of the game and then get enslaved then help him get the weapon locker and the other slavers ask him what happened to them how come he just doesn't sell you out for doing it?
I guess because he was planning to kill them from the start and it seems to me that the other were suspicious of him so they would not believe him if he said it was you
