Woah, that was some strong writing, in all the positive sense! Like of course the sound design and visual stimuli definitely add something great to the overall feel but indeed, I think the story here is strong. Reading it through I couldn't help but be engrossed in the imagination of each sentence and even started to feel it in my skin. Aesthetic only added to that uncomforting feeling, which is just plus for the experience. Good work!
