I have found a bug with the country overview map and doesnt let me to make any badages (it says bandage will be finished in 60 seconds for three ours)
Have you updated to the newest version? And left and re-entered the map since?
The system was changed. Things are constantly produced automatically now, and not manually anymore. The clinic should only give you the message "This clinic produces...." unless you have the green star to collect "Health."
