I'm not sure if incest is the issue here. itch.io has so far been rather vague on the subject and hasn't issued any official statement. Creating a SFW version of the game might be feasible, especially in TFTUV's case. I'm not sure how thorough payment processors investigate the content sold by their merchants. A simple google search on Tales From The Unending Void would probably turn up too many red flags.
