If you didn’t do something in act two, you’ll lose it forever in act three.
That includes girls, properties or whatever else content exists in act 2 after all.
You are not forced to get all the stats to the max nor are you forced to get all the girls to their maximum love level.
Hell, you need to own the bar to progress, so you need Lily at love 3 at least. But if you don’t get her to 4 hearts she’ll be gone in act 3.
