That's the bug I meant. It currently doesn't start the event of Chiyo talking with her sister in the castle. If you can, and you don't lose much progress, go back to before talking to Chiyo and starting that event, and then start if after marrying Chiyo. Or wait with this event until the next upload fixes it.
