I don't know what you exactly mean in first paragraph.

There are not many evidences to remember but I guess I will try to implement it.

I emailed me this game being too tedious so at least it will make life easier for them. But I think halving contracting money if someone does that would be good enough.

Some of the items, like the soda and burger, start in the negatives meaning you have to pay $100+ just to get access to them

I don't think they start in the negative. But if you do the tutorial, the one given to you to showcase them are removed from your inventory and if you don't have any, you will be in the negative. So if I go in the tutorial map and get 10 soda, I will be at -10 soda when starting a normal hunt.
