turning right, there is a passage. which allows you to skip training
And the initial quest can be skipped by leaving the sewers.
less helpflly you can also nap in the sewers using the sprint button while resting to skip the quest without leaving the sewers
Actually it's quite helpful if you plan to just stay there and grind for a while as the enemies respawn after a sleep.
Getting the sword and the pitchfork before skipping is a good idea though either way.
you could exit and re-enter 7 times instead of wasting all day and losing meat if on hell
