Really fun! The stance mechanic is very good and I enjoyed needing to switch back and forth based on the situation. Character design is nice and the parallax really makes moving through the level feel good. Music and sound are great. Voice acting is so good! Really adds a lot to the game. The boss fight was a great "final test" for the rest of the encounters in the game. Overall, really fun.

Some notes: 

There was a time I had my shield up and had stamina but arrows were still hurting me. I just reengaged the block and it worked.

Would have loved to play on controller!

I think adding some gravity on the down of the jump (so that you fall faster than you go up) would make it feel nice.

On the run animations! Especially on the passive stance, those knees should come up for the run cycle. The upper arms as well! In combat, it makes sense not to move as big, and the sword and shield hide a lot of that anyway.

A really fun game!

Thanks for the detailed feedback! There's a bug where if two things attack the player at once with the shield (arrow and slash for instance) the shield can't fully protect the player. I don't know how to fix it, so for the meantime its there. Controllers didn't cross my mind on release, I be sure to add that in when voting ends. Gravity being more powerful down is definitely a nice idea to consider. I'm not really good when it comes to movement animations, but I'll see if I can polish that better after voting.
