From one guy, whose game looks like 2004 newgrounds.com to another- good job :)
Lets start with presentation. The graphics hit the right buttons for me, the music was just ok, but the sfx were meaty, and really sold the punches. The animations looked really smooth, and the shop names in the background were a nice touch. Glasses animation was cool.
What I also like was enemy AI. Some beat-em-ups have just guys going forward. Your guys had a bit more nuance than that, which I appreciate.
What I would like from this game, is that there would be... more! Some going-right to finally fight boss at the end kind of thing.
