Alright, I give up. I'm locked in the same dialog. Scar isn't waking up, explore is not opening up a new area, and nothing happens when I talk with Tank. What do I do?
if your still stuck, have you tried sleep spamming? if you have and he's not waking up still, did you give him the cure for the spectral fever? if you've done that too maybe it's just a bug with your save.
