I don't know the input control. I pressed space and click but nothing respond. Seems like a nice casual game though. Maybe a mobile casual game would be great.
You should be able to click the Timers and drag the pointer. A bug I discovered yesterday is that it does not work in fullscreen (f11) for some reason.
