its called poosting. You have to buy a small spear from the shop. Then you attack, quickly turn 180 degrees and press W key, for mobile im not sure.

for mobile either switch to melee then short spear then back to bow pretty quickly or switch to melee 90 degrees quickly then turn foward again 90 degrees
