A game about an evil demon, and "no bad endings"? Why?...

There are bad consequences to decisions you make, for instance, you must decide if you kill all three scammers, just two of them, or just one. There are three sections where you have to make decisions like this. There is a right choice, and if you make a wrong choice the game takes a completely different turn from the 'canon' thread. That said, our focus group (aka many fans on our Discord) said they didn't want a horror game and were put off by the idea. We decided that having no bad endings would help reassure them. Monster Lover is a damn good game, with at least one ending being a real tear-jerker.
This generation has already made countless vns that follow the standard good end bad end formula, but an indie dev makes One game without bad ends and all the sudden it's "this generation is too sensitive". This is entitled and blatantly bad faith, these devs owe you nothing. The point of vns is to experience a story with different narrative options, this isn't dark souls, not everything needs to cater to your whims.
