Yes, this one appears only after you have talked with Harleen and Mac. There is another animations with Jennifer but have less chance of encountering it.

Yo lags who is Harleem and Mac I’m trying to find all the secret animations and I’ve only found the one with coco and the blonde hair girl with the “special service”

They are there in asylum toilet stall. Check the place again after you have caught the ghost. If they are still there you will need to replay the level else you will find them on any of the couch. Talk with them once to so that next time a different animation may appear.
