Nice concept! It took me a little while to realize I wasn't playing pacman but the donut 😁 My high score was 8 after a few tries, if 2 fruits pop near the border of the screen, you've lost because you won't have enough room to guide pacman to the fruit and then jump over him. Spawing them a bit nearer to the center could fix that.
I like the arrow controls! I think that when you can, it's best to implement both WASD and arrows control so everyone is happy.
