The version currently in prerelease will become stable and will be deployed to everyone just before the jam.
Note this is ok to use this prerelease version for the jam.

so this is the first time i have installed prerelease version ahead of an update, when the stable release of 5.1.166 drops, will my gd update the prerelease to the stable? or are they basically the same thing, just a git publishing diff?
