I haven't exactly thought of challenges, but I did thought about use this mechanic for "social combat" too, which I ultimately disliked because it would imply that "everything is combat". But to make it originally abstract and therefore more flexible is so smart! I'll surely do some tests of how can it be done! Thank you!!
About the imploding dice name, I did have thought of Void Dice, but gave up on it because it sounded kinda sci-fi for me (which is silly, I know, but...). I've been considering "Gloom Dice" instead.
