I don't see the point of doing the last virile male thing and then adding Futa to the game. Those premises are counter to each others purposes of doing them. Also hopefully the futa is entirely avoidable, I mean they don't happen, not that they happen and I don't see it.
Also this looks like it's supposed to be a harem set up, but you can't really do that if the harem is sleeping around without you. Even more so with another dick.
To adress you points:
1. Persephone is a hermaphrodite. She is fertile, but not virile. The MC is still the last virile male aboard the ship.
2. Futanari content is avoidable through the options menu made available at the start of the game and then accessible through options at any point during play. Persephone is the only hermaphrodite on the ship, and her sexual content is skippable through dialogue as well.
3. This is not a harem game unless you play it as if it were one. You will ultimately be able to grow a relationship with any number of the main crew made available, whether it be just one of them or all of them. That being said, there are no other males, females, or otherwise around trying to steal the ladies from you.
I hope you give the game a try and find it enjoyable!

1. That really isn't my point. My point is this was a set up to be the only dick around, and basically the futa defeats entire purpose of the set up. Really to the point that it makes the entire concept basically wasted. It's basically the only reason to roll with that concept, a harem game. Which I feel this game isn't intended to be which makes the entire thing more baffling really. The game seems like it would have better off just being a generic you're on a ship with women and you fuck, without fertility issues. I wouldn't have really batted an eye at the inclusion of such a character otherwise, except to ask if the futa was avoidable. The premise of the game and the futa existing doesn't work well together based on what anyone would expect from the idea. Well unless it was a ntr game, which at least isn't intended to the be the case clearly. But whatever.
So if I avoid the futa, does she fuck the other girls? I don't mean skippable, I mean doesn't happen. I've never been a fan of sharing.
Are there going to be multiple endings? One for each girl, and a harem ending? If there is a harem ending, how is it going to work if you basically avoided a girl the entire game. Does the ending change with her just not in it?
It isn't set up for the main character to be the only dick around, as that would be rather unrealistic. He is however the only fertile male left aboard the ship.
The "ending" will be story-based and not focused on what girl(s) you end up with. That being said, you will end up with who you end up with depending on who you choose to pursue. Essentially the ending of the game is based on the plot, and not what girl(s) you pursue. All of the girls will be there throughout the course of the story whether you have sex with them or not.
Thus far none of the women start out claiming an exclusive relationship with the player. That's something that will need to be built up by playing the game. There isn't any NTR so long as you don't automatically assume you somehow own the women in question before putting in the work.
Each woman has a unique background and a personality we hope has depth to it. They are independent actors in the plot, not just objects to collect, if that makes sense.
All this being said, you can skip NSFW content with Persephone by selecting to turn off M x Futa content in the menu, and/or by making the appropriate dialogue selection in the game. You are not forced into viewing or interacting with the hermaphrodite character in any sexual way. She will not be removed entirely from the game though, as she is an important member of the Desperation's crew.

It's possible Persephone could be sexually involved in maybe a group sex scene with the player character. If that happens the player will have clearly chosen the dialogue options and menu options to get there.
I'll say it again. Viewable content is selectable via the options menu and also through dialogue choices. If someone finds the idea of group sex icky, for example, they can simply not pursue that content.
Very little will be forced upon the player as far as sex or viewing sexual content goes, as we hope the main plot will be interesting enough in its own right.

The only sexual content between the main crew members (Alice, Persephone, Elza, etc.) will also involve the main character in some way.
There may be flirtatious behavior or scenes with sexual tension between the main crew members that the player can either be a witness to or not, but that's as far as it goes.
There will be very little in the way of content "understood to be happening off screen", if that makes sense, especially involving the main characters.
