1:the reaction from npcs is probably muted because theres a lot of npcs that are already naked so they probably don't react as much but if you appear weak they will assault you
2:also fish men exist in the game so do eldrich horror,s zombies too as well as tentacles theres already plenty of variety no need to have the whole trope gambit
