You might have played an older version. The current version should give you a paragraph about what the adventurer ended up doing with the gear you set them up with.

Oh, good catch. Yeah, there seems to be some weirdness in Firefox. Since I developed the game mostly on an iPad with some occasional coding on my Android phone too, I only ended up testing on Safari and Chrome. I'll try hunting down this Firefox issue.
