Cool particle effects. As stated scream a bit loud but I did the same thing in my first gamejam so no big deal just turned the sound down. Did have trouble spotting the spiky grass, maybe make them darker. Good job.
The spikes are "sneaky" ;-)They are meant to be poisonous prata cones, hence the green.
