Very cool little game. I really like the bloom effects and division of colors in the background on each side of the player. I’m not sure if this was intended but I was able to do a full loop and go backwards. This is cool and if not intended you may want to keep it since it allows the player to go back an get the pickups they missed. For me personally I would like the controls to be a bit stiffer, however I was able to get the hang of it quickly. Maybe in a final version if the difficulty scaled up more slowly that would also help. Keep the project going!
