So far it is only possible to jump out of the ladders after reaching the end of them, not in the middle, and yeah it seems some bugs are happening still, even though I had supposedly fixed them. I will work more on it. Thanks a lot!! :)

thanks, I am working on it :) I'm more on the art and design side so all the dev part is overwhelming but I like it anyway, just not my strength. But yeah doing my best to fix those bugs every single time they appear, it seems they happen or not depending on the EXACT position of the player + the EXACT combination of keyboard input when trying to get out of the ladder, quite some work to do XD
(btw the browser version of your game is not loading, I will try the download).

Please do use the download, the browser version of my game also has a bug which I can't get to the bottom of. I thought I'd fixed it and tested it on another itch page and everything was fine, but putting it on the gamejam page causes it to happen again so I'm super confused about that! And I can't even blame it on being an artist!
