This game creates a great atmosphere for horror. You really get the chills. The darkness also creates that tension. I am not so sure complete darkness is a great idea a couple of times I just stopped moving could not see did not know where to go or what to do but stand and do nothing. I think going desaturated but allowing me to see near object or reducing the far clipping plane and adding fog. Something that at least let me know where to navigate. It is a great game especially for a Jam. I think there is lots of potential. This is just my own personal feedback.
