It keeps shutting off every time I turn it on it says there's a bug in the catch but I already cleared that out

If there’s a bug, it would help to know what does it say exactly.
Please, take a screenshot or copy the text it says.
That's not an official error message, and is honestly extremely strange...
Try downloading Split APK Installer ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aefyr.sai&hl=en&gl=US&pli=1 ) and a fresh update file and try installing it via that. SAPKI gives you a lot more detail when it comes things erroring out.
