Almost all things will be answered in the game itself. Not everything, of course, but a great deal of the questions people have about the story currently are planned to have pretty clear answers in the game eventually.
If things remain confusing after that I'll probably clarify some of them -- again, not all. I like chasing interpretations and connecting the dots myself when I read stories, and if I answered things outside the game too often I feel it'd cut the fun. But when I notice I failed in the writing, when something that should be clear wasn't, that's when I'll be most likely to answer.
...Also, if I refuse to answer a question, it can also be because someone did connect the dots, so I feel it's not very needed or fun of me to just go there and say "yeah, that's it."
If you do have some questions, by the way, you could just ask me now. I'm already here paying attention, I'm already willing to answer questions about a number of things. Again, sometimes I just don't get things across as well as I thought I did, sometimes things are meant to be obvious when the game is complete, but it isn't yet. Depending on what you have in mind, you might not have to wait until the game is over.
