Very interesting and fun! I really like your take on the theme and I cannot imagine how much work it must have taken to make the leaderboard! Great work!
If you want leaderboards, check out Lootlocker, it was super easy to set up. They also have a guide on how to implement it in Godot so should be fine for your game as well.
