I liked the mechanics, user controls felt very smooth. Couldn't get any further after getting the son from the cookie jar at the end of the first level though.
you mean that it was too difficult, or that you physically could not leave the first level. You may have enabled hardmode
Physically could not leave the first level, it just froze at the cookie jar. Only thing I could do was turn my character back and forth.
