Located an issue early in the game - during Rachel's initial punishments, the game crashes and shuts down if you try to put Rachel across your lap. After a further check, this happens at any point you try to do this.
I am aware of some problems with certain graphics cards. Some people have been able to get past this by changing a graphics option: shift-g to open the options menu select "Force Angle 2 Renderer" quit the game and re-launch it
