Hi, thanks for reaching out, what you're doing seems really cool. Lookouts does indeed have screen reader / text to speech support for the game and its menus. I believe the whole game should be playable solely through keyboard, but whether that is actually possible or a good experience I'm not as sure of. There are some other accessibility options as well such as changing textbox and text colour for different contrasts.
