*looks at the comments* It's impressive how a vaguely humanoid figure with no face can cause people to simp over it, but then again I was more interested in the plot the Narrator has with MC. I gotta say, when the Narrator told us of the deal and trying to find creative ways to kill the target, my mind instantly went through so many alternatives because of the manga and webtoons I read. I like the relationship between the two and maybe it was due to the lack of options MC has but I like to think they're pretty apathetic and uncaring of their own life, maybe that was why the Narrator proposed the deal when it saw how disturbingly apathetic MC was.
Aside from that, I like the way you wrote the Narrator's personality, it truly feels as though a spectator who doesn't truly care about the other person was being shown, not only that but the Narrator isn't like those morally upright judges you often see who judges your soul, the Narrator pretty much is a malevolant entity who just wants to cause chaos and mayhem but can't. So it must have pretty high expectation on MC or the Dollmaker.
Sounds like a terrifying duo as MC just kills whatever and whoever the Narrator wants, though I am kind of interested if at the end of MC's thousand kills if the Narrator has become quite fond of the MC and plans a betrayal in mind to keep them...
Either way, tis a funky lil visual novel! Enjoyed the creative juices it pumped in me!
