Do you mean reputation? Anyways, that is not how it works. You tease an enemy and upon  increasing its libido to a certain amount, the model changes with the dick. However this is not up to your current reputation with that creature. 

In other words, whether your reputation is 50 or -30, you should be able to see his dick if you raise that creature´s libido enough. Perhaps there is no dick with all the enemies?

The model should change when your reputation with wolves becomes Trusting or Loving (can't remember the number threshold; maybe +10 and above?)
