Hi! Thanks for putting online your slides (+ commentary on each of slide). I like things like theories questioning games and the link with empathy and social issues (serious games, playing a role, etc.) and so the self-care subject.
How should you define "self-care in game design" in a few word?
It's really an interesting thing to see how people view their own creative process. When you're talking about game development as meditation, do you think it's just a feeling (of quietness and mindfulness) or maybe should it be possible that there are similar chemical effect on the body+mind ?
