Just to note, I literally could not finish the tutorial because I would run out of money and it wouldn't let me skip the next card because it's a require tutorial step so...i can't actually play the game.
did you do exactly as stated? the tutorial is made to be completed. Unfortunately this game does not lock away the stuff you are not supposed to do in tutorials. also i am pretty sure the things our owl says are just based on presence of card? idk abut this one.
