I feel like game devs should know better than anyone that going with color block puzzle matcher with unique mechanics is really an NBA all-stars slam dunk competition entry for a 48 hour jam.
As a huge huge fan of this, my only critique is that due to the rotation and sliding mechanics combined, the play options are HUGE and unless you want to sit there and really think about it, it'll trend toward shuffling pieces back and forth hoping for the best. I think this could be solved with either pieces that have less total colors per piece (rotating a + shape with 4 colors is a lot of thinking), removing the rotation mechanic and relying on sliding alone, or maybe even level designs with blockers and stuff so that you are incentivized to really think about how to deal with certain puzzles over just letting the RNG play and hoping for the best.
I hope this feedback is well received. I should stress again how impressed I am by the game, if your vision for this is a very high complexity game that rewards careful thought and large play possibilities, (an ADHD trainer, I call them) please disregard my small brain feedback. Cheers!
