Very nice art. The concept could be expended to something beyond "your keys are reversed".
I don't want to speak for the creator of the game... but think the concept is that the "Rolls are Reversing" and also that the roles of your mirrors have been reversed (you're now looking out your rearview mirror to see "forwards").
