First impression was atmospheric, but took a bit to understand the controls. The hero didn't want to walk across the bridges, and at first I thought it was a gap somewhere until I figured out you could direct the player.

It would be cool to see more branching ideas where there is a risk vs reward with xp and health. or maybe some puzzle elements.

I liked the setting. It felt a bit like the old game heart of darkness with the gloomy atmosphere.

Thank you for the review! I'm gonna fix these issues for sure, as I couldn't fix them in time for the jam. 

Yes, I really want to go in that atmospheric direction later on, and develop the risk/reward elements.
